FacilitySight helps teams managing shared spaces, including libraries, museums and community facilities, understand demand and coordinate the working day. The public website is facilitysight.io; the customer application is facilitysight.app.
People counting is one part of the platform. Staffing, work items, events, reporting and multi-location oversight help teams act on what they learn. A demo can focus on the capabilities relevant to your organization.
Illustrative charts, attendance counts and staff assignments on the marketing pages demonstrate workflows. They are not customer performance measurements.

Capabilities & availability
Available capabilities, the current beta, and features coming soon.
Staffing and work items are generally available. Sensor-dependent capabilities require a suitable installation. Confirm the scope of your software subscription and hardware configuration in your quote.

Sensors & installation
Compare people counters and plan the hardware your spaces need.
Sensors are supplied with FacilitySight software; hardware is not sold separately. Hardware is purchased upfront. Model choice depends on mounting height, doorway width, the area being measured, power, networking and indoor or outdoor placement.
People counters are installed overhead. Connection options across the wider range include PoE, Wi-Fi and LoRaWAN; these are model-specific. A Wi-Fi configuration interface does not necessarily provide a wireless data connection.
Environmental options include CO₂, PM2.5, VOCs, temperature, humidity, sound, odor, leaks, door contacts, vape detection, fill levels and service buttons. Each measurement requires a suitable sensor. Outdoor models are selected separately.
The comparison below covers selected indoor stereo-vision models in our catalogue. Mounting ranges are manufacturer specifications for counting, not guaranteed coverage or support for every optional analytic. All five are IP40 indoor models; outdoor variants are different models.
At 1.95–2.10 m, the Xovis PC2SE-UL is limited to counting with a maximum 1 m width. Consult the manufacturer coverage guide for the full installation geometry.
Milesight VS125-P and VS125-LW-P Wi-Fi is for configuration, not wireless data transmission. Xovis PC2RE Wi-Fi depends on the supplied hardware, firmware and deployment; confirm that connection before specifying it. PoE power is still required for the Xovis models.
Share ceiling height, entrance width, mounting conditions, power and network availability, and any entrance photos when requesting a quote. Coverage and the number of devices must be checked for the actual space.

Pricing & purchasing
How hardware, subscriptions and installation contribute to a quote.
Hardware is a one-time purchase. Software subscriptions are billed annually per sensor or bundle. When an entrance or virtual wall needs multiple sensors, they are bundled together.
Pricing is provided by quote. Buildings, entrances, interior spaces, coverage requirements and selected environmental measurements help determine the setup. You can request a quote without knowing every detail.
Guided self-install support is provided at no charge. For on-site installation, FacilitySight helps find a local licensed contractor. Contractor installation is a separate cost; FacilitySight does not perform contractor work.
The 90-day money-back guarantee refunds hardware and service fees, excluding installation costs. Volume pricing is available to discuss. Purchasing through sourcing agents such as Omnia can affect pricing. Discounted refurbished hardware for nonprofits is subject to availability.

Connections & requirements
What to prepare before connecting facilities and their data.
Event Intelligence imports an existing public calendar. Review imported event details before using attendance comparisons. Discuss your calendar source during setup so its format and access can be confirmed.
People counts and environmental measurements depend on the installed sensors and their network connection. Ask for a model-specific power, networking and coverage plan for each location.
Third-party data sources in reporting are coming soon. A named calendar provider, HR system, building-management system or external API should be confirmed with the team before it is included in your implementation plan.
Nexus provides oversight across member organizations and facilities. Discuss your organization structure, access needs and reporting scope during a demo.

Privacy & data handling
The scope of anonymous people counting and where to find data policies.
FacilitySight describes its people-counting experience as anonymous: no recorded video, stored images, captured faces or tracked identities. This describes people-counting data; it does not mean that no personal information is processed anywhere in the service.
Contact and quote forms collect the details you choose to provide so the team can respond. Optional entrance photos are sent as smaller copies with your quote request. Staffing and account workflows involve information about the people using the service.
Use the privacy policy for collection, use, retention, sharing and individual-rights information. Request deployment-specific retention, hosting, access-control and contractual details when evaluating your organization’s requirements.

Demos, quotes & next steps
Prepare a request and understand what happens after submitting it.
Book a 30-minute demo using the Google Calendar booking link, or suggest two meeting times through the walkthrough request form. A walkthrough request is followed up by email; it is not a confirmed appointment.
A quote requires your name, organization and email. Goals, approximate building and entrance counts, interior spaces, environmental interests, purchasing group and up to four entrance photos are optional.
After an accepted request, the form shows a confirmation. If an error appears, the entered details remain available to review and retry. Sending a request contacts the FacilitySight team; review the details before submitting on someone’s behalf.
