Event Intelligence imports a public calendar with location and recurring-schedule confirmation. Record attendance through live mobile hand counting, after-event entry or sensor-derived estimates. Manual attendance works in unmonitored rooms; sensor estimates require suitable coverage and configuration.

Compare occurrences of the same event over time or across branches in the same organization, and review participation, event/space comparisons and supported aggregate adult/child estimates. Keep recorded counts distinct from estimates. Attendance per occurrence helps when branches offered different numbers of sessions.

Forecasts use historical activity, day-of-week patterns, trend and seasonality to show a planning range. Future event attendance ranges help teams prepare the next session. Keep visits, arrivals, occupancy and event attendance distinct; forecasts inform a human decision and do not promise an outcome.

Build reports with weekly, extended and calendar heatmaps, tables, pies or donuts, and time-series charts. Compose several reports into one frame, add annotations and configure scheduled delivery. Annotations remain with composed frames and delivered reports, and report visibility follows access rights.

A monthly review can bring together visit patterns, space use, program participation and the director’s explanation of changed hours or a closure. Use the report appropriate to each supported source. Several reports in one frame do not imply every measure can be combined in every chart.

Environmental monitoring adds temperature, humidity, air quality and other measurements from suitable installed sensors. Configure thresholds, notifications and Work Item creation for follow-through. Prism brings member organizations and facilities together for oversight across locations.

### Do all program rooms need sensors to record attendance?

No. Use live mobile hand counting or enter attendance after the event. Sensor-derived estimates are a separate method that requires appropriate coverage and configuration. Comparisons should distinguish recorded attendance from estimates.

No. Ask FacilitySight is an optional beta rolling out to customers, with an organization-wide disable setting. It supports data questions, reports and everyday help alongside the direct product controls, and runs on FacilitySight servers without an external inference provider.

## Ask FacilitySight · Beta

Ask FacilitySight is in beta and rolling out to customers. Ask questions about facility data, generate or edit reports, get how-to help, and work with supported staffing, Work Items and FacilitySight support-ticket workflows. For example, compare visits to two areas, then request a report from that comparison.

Ask is optional and can be disabled across the organization. It runs on FacilitySight servers without an external inference provider. Use it alongside the direct product controls and review the resulting report or proposed change in its workflow context.
