Accessibility at
FacilitySight.
We’re working to make our website accessible to people with disabilities. If something gets in your way, we’re here to help.
Get help or report a barrier.
If a page or feature gets in your way, contact us by phone or email. You do not need to complete an online form. You can also request information in another format.
Tell us what you were trying to do and where you ran into difficulty. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful if you have them. Please leave out passwords and private customer information.
Existing customers can also create a support ticket within the FacilitySight app. See all contact options.
Our approach to accessibility.
Our website accessibility work targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We use these guidelines to identify and correct barriers.
The site includes captions and a transcript for the product overview, video playback controls, and reduced-motion support.
Further manual testing remains, and full WCAG conformance has not yet been determined. Our report summarizes the website review and current status.
Actions taken following our audit.
Following our accessibility audit, we made improvements across the website:
- Improved text contrast and readability, including text displayed over images.
- Refined headings, page structure and control labels to make content easier to navigate and understand with assistive technology.
- Improved chart descriptions and data labels so information is available beyond the visual presentation.
- Removed unnecessary keyboard stops and checked keyboard navigation and focus behavior in menus and dialogs.
- Repeated accessibility checks after the changes, including checks of responsive layouts and form feedback.
Documents and alternative formats.
Some downloadable documents have screen-reader limitations that can affect navigation and reading order. Contact us if you need the information in another format.
