FacilitySight handles setup and configuration. Physical sensor installation is handled by your internal IT team or a contractor; contractor installation is a separate cost. We support you by phone, email and tickets created within the FacilitySight app. Contact our team to discuss your installation.
Our warranties start at activation and cover manufacturing defects. Mobile setups have a minimum two-year warranty. Confirm the duration for your selected hardware in your quote.

We accept purchase orders, invoices, cards and tax-exempt orders, and work with purchasing agents. Quotes are valid for 90 days and can be extended on request. Ask about volume pricing or discounted refurbished hardware for nonprofits, when available. Purchasing through sourcing agents such as Omnia can affect pricing. Rural and small libraries can also explore the separate ARSL offer.
