Is this built for bookmobiles?
Yes. FacilitySight Mobile supports bookmobiles and other community outreach vehicles. Bring your vehicles, stops, guests and programs into the same platform as your buildings.
Does people counting identify our visitors?
No. Boarding counts are anonymous. People counting does not record video, store images, capture faces or track identities. Vehicle location describes the outreach unit, not an individual guest.
How does the vehicle connect?
Wi-Fi, cellular and LoRaWAN options are available. We’ll review your vehicles and routes to recommend the right connection and sensor setup, with installation coordinated through your vehicle builder.
Can we compare scheduled stops with vehicle location?
Yes. View vehicle position alongside your scheduled stops and receive alerts if a vehicle deviates from its schedule. Stop and route reports help you review visits and engagement over time.
Can GPS mileage trigger maintenance work items?
Yes. Pair a GPS tracker with Work Items and set a mileage threshold for scheduled maintenance. FacilitySight estimates mileage from changes in reported GPS position and creates the maintenance work item when that threshold is reached.
