FacilitySight Mobile brings bookmobiles and other community outreach vehicles into the same platform as your buildings. View live vehicle position alongside scheduled stops, anonymous boarding counts, patrons aboard, dwell time and stop performance.

Pair a GPS tracker with Work Items to create scheduled maintenance work items when estimated mileage reaches a configured threshold. Mileage is estimated from changes in reported GPS position. Receive alerts if a vehicle deviates from its schedule.

Compare visits and engagement by stop, day and time to plan services and support grant requests and funding discussions. Schedule stop and route reports for teams, boards and funders.

With suitable onboard sensors, monitor cabin temperature, humidity, air quality and sound level. Receive FEMA, NWS and NOAA alerts targeted to each vehicle’s current position through the dashboard, email and push notifications.

Wi-Fi, cellular and LoRaWAN connection options depend on the fleet setup. Physical installation is handled by a contractor, vehicle builder or the customer’s internal IT team; FacilitySight handles configuration and support.
