How hardware, subscriptions and installation contribute to a quote.

For people counting, hardware is a one-time purchase and software subscriptions are billed annually per sensor or bundle. When an entrance or virtual wall needs multiple sensors, they are bundled together.

Staff Scheduling and Work Items are included with people counting at no additional fee. They can also be purchased on their own without people-counting hardware. Standalone FacilitySight Next pilot partners receive both free for the first year, then pay $120/year, one flat rate for the whole organization that stays locked in for pilot partners. Standard pricing after the pilot will be $240/year. That standalone pilot price is not an additional charge for people-counting customers. The ARSL offer has its own eligibility, rates and annual billing terms; its prices are not general software prices.

People-counting pricing is provided by quote. Buildings, entrances, interior spaces, coverage requirements and selected environmental measurements help determine the setup. You can request a quote without knowing every detail.

Guided self-install support is provided at no charge. For on-site installation, FacilitySight helps find a local licensed contractor. Contractor installation is a separate cost; FacilitySight does not perform contractor work.

For people counting, the 90-day money-back guarantee refunds hardware and service fees, excluding installation costs. Volume pricing is available to discuss. Purchasing through sourcing agents such as Omnia can affect pricing. Discounted refurbished hardware for nonprofits is subject to availability.
