How hardware, subscriptions and installation contribute to a quote.

Hardware is a one-time purchase. Software subscriptions are billed annually per sensor or bundle. When an entrance or virtual wall needs multiple sensors, they are bundled together.

Pricing is provided by quote. Buildings, entrances, interior spaces, coverage requirements and selected environmental measurements help determine the setup. You can request a quote without knowing every detail.

Guided self-install support is provided at no charge. For on-site installation, FacilitySight helps find a local licensed contractor. Contractor installation is a separate cost; FacilitySight does not perform contractor work.

The 90-day money-back guarantee refunds hardware and service fees, excluding installation costs. Volume pricing is available to discuss. Purchasing through sourcing agents such as Omnia can affect pricing. Discounted refurbished hardware for nonprofits is subject to availability.
