Staffing and Work Items are available to purchase without people counting, and both are included with people counting at no additional fee. Standalone pilot enrollment uses a waiting list with team follow-up. Sensor-dependent capabilities require a suitable installation. Confirm your installation and subscription scope in your quote.

Recurring working-hour patterns create shifts; desk assignments can be authored or copied separately. Managers set required coverage, review assignments and publish the schedule. Traffic does not automatically set headcounts. Scheduled coverage and recorded time worked are distinct measurements.

Configured employment-hour and break limits produce advisory warnings. Specific assignment conflicts, such as overlapping assignments or assignments outside a working shift, have separate checks. Changing ordinary availability does not automatically remove existing shifts or assignments.

| Event Intelligence | Import a public calendar, record attendance by mobile hand count, after-event entry or sensor estimate, compare occurrences and branches, and review future attendance ranges. |
| Staff Scheduling | Reuse recurring hours and rotations; plan desk coverage, skills, availability and breaks; manage leave and PTO policies and balances; publish schedules and review staffing reports. |
| Work Items | Manage recurring checks and phone or desktop reports with photos, location, owner, priority, due date and comments. Keep blocked work visible and retain resolution and reopening history. |
| Environmental Conditions | Monitor conditions such as air quality, temperature, humidity and leaks. Measurements depend on the sensors installed. |
| Safety & Incidents | Record staff incidents and bring configured facility alerts into view, with source, location and time. Connect them to Work Items for ownership, notes and resolution when configured. |
| Reporting | Explore heatmaps, tables and charts, compose reports with annotations, and configure report access and scheduled delivery. |
| Forecasting & Planning | Use historical visits, day-of-week patterns and seasonality to understand expected demand and its uncertainty. |
| Prism | Bring member organizations and facilities together for multi-location oversight. |
| Ask FacilitySight (Beta) | Rolling out to customers. Ask questions about facility data, create reports and get help with everyday work. |
| Desk qualifications & coverage suggestions | Record qualifications for assignment points and review suggestions for coverage. Managers choose and save assignments. |
| Time clock tracking | Record clock-ins and clock-outs, compare actual worked time with scheduled hours, and review missed punches and correction requests with reasons and history. |
| Smarter schedule drafts & background duties | Place people in an unpublished draft for manager review; adjust assignments manually or review Ask proposals. Show supporting duties alongside desk coverage without counting hours twice. |
| Work calendar & disruptive-work warnings | Review work windows beside events and closures. See warnings when disruptive work overlaps an event or other disruptive work in the same space, then decide how to adjust the plan. |
| Work streams, review & operational reporting | Configure work streams, categories and waiting reasons, with optional supervisor review. Review resolution time, reopened items, blocked time and recurring-work completion; scope notifications to work access and preferences. |
| Third-party data in reports | Combine traffic data with third-party data sources. This is separate from the public-calendar import available for events. |
