FacilitySight describes its people-counting experience as anonymous: no recorded video, stored images, captured faces or tracked identities. This describes people-counting data; it does not mean that no personal information is processed anywhere in the service.

Contact and quote forms collect the details you choose to provide so the team can respond. Optional entrance photos are sent as smaller copies with your quote request. Staffing and account workflows involve information about the people using the service.

Use the privacy policy for collection, use, retention, sharing and individual-rights information. Request deployment-specific retention, hosting, access-control and contractual details when evaluating your organization’s requirements.
