Initial Consultation
We’ll collect details about your organization, like the number of locations, your specific objectives, and any challenges you face with current solutions, if applicable. We can do this through email or a brief phone consultation. Our team operates without commission, ensuring there’s no pressure to commit or unnecessary upselling; our aim is solely to meet your specific goals.
If you have more complex goals, such as counting guest activity across multiple entrances or monitoring areas inside your location, we may ask for a blueprint of the building to ensure we make an accurate recommendation. Blueprint analysis is something we do free of charge to ensure there are no blind spots in your coverage.
Demo & Recommendation
With your specific goals in mind, our team will build a recommendation of where to place FacilitySight sensors within your location(s). We’ll also build a personalized FacilitySight instance with your branding, location details, and populated with synthetic counts so you can see the product in action.
We’ll meet virtually with your team to review our recommendation, take you through the demonstration, and answer any questions you may have.
Installation
Once you’ve decided to install FacilitySight, we’ll work with you to schedule installation of your sensors. This can either be done by someone on your staff who is comfortable running a POE drop or we can have a trusted local partner facilitate the installation on your behalf.
Tuning & Deployment
Our team of experts will fine-tune the sensors for your specific environment before deployment. Once live, we’ll continue to make small adjustments ensuring we’re reaching maximum accuracy across your fleet.
We’ll provide training to your users in the form of documentation or live demonstration. FacilitySight support is always free, so we welcome questions as you grow accustomed to the platform and enter our support phase.
From here on out, we will continually update your hardware and software as new releases become available.
