What is FacilitySight?
Facilitysight is a browser based application which gives users real-time information about facility occupancy, current and past traffic, and safety events like inclement weather or shelter-in-place orders issued by the federal and local governments. How do you collect patron count information?
We install sensors utilizing computer vision to recognize guests in three dimensions. Similar to how your eyes perceive depth, our sensors do the same. We leverage this depth to identify when guests move beneath the sensor and determine their activity. Sensors can be positioned at entrances/exits or within various zones inside or outside your buildings.
Already have internet connected sensors? We may be able to work with them and save you the cost of purchasing new hardware. Send us a message to discuss what hardware you currently have and if our platform can operate with them.
Is patron privacy impacted by your sensors?
Under no circumstances would we develop or endorse a product that jeopardizes privacy. Despite our sensors utilizing a vision-based design, no images are retained within the device or sent to facilitysight servers. Our sensors only transmit anonymized data, including a person’s positional data via X/Y coordinates, their height, and their directional movement—nothing more.
Any data we retain for your use, like traffic and predictive analysis, remains strictly within our domain and is never shared or sold to third parties.
How much does FacilitySight cost?
This is a common question, and the answer isn’t straightforward. It hinges on various factors such as the number of buildings and the quantity of sensors you intend to deploy in each structure. Our recommendation is to request a quote here. We’ll inquire about your specific requirements and offer a transparent price that is tailored to your needs.
If you already have internet connected sensors installed, we can likely utilize them and save you the cost of new hardware. We also offer self-install, eliminating the need for a technician visit. Our seasoned staff of experts guide you through the install process by providing written instructions based on your specific configuration.
All of this is backed by our FS Guarantee: If you decide the product isn’t suitable for your needs within the first 90 days of activation, we’ll repurchase any hardware and refund your service costs. We want you to love the product, and we work hard to offer unmatched value.
